Gummies, cookies, brownies, grinders, rolling papers, Backwoods, lighters — everything that isn’t a bag. Each entry gets a catalog card, a stock counter and its own profit line. The sale price is what the catalog shows; the cost is backend-only and drives profit. Sold units decrement automatically at checkout. Give it a picture — upload one or pick any icon — and it shows on the card.
Catalogued
Created entries land here. The sale price, units in stock, cost and where it is sold stay editable; name, category, kind and blurb are locked after creation. Saved automatically.
Strains
Entries created in Add a Strain land here. Everything is locked after creation — only the sale price (price per bag), the bags available and where the strain is sold stay editable. The price per bag is the price shown in the catalog. Saved automatically.
Sales
Every sale belongs to one region — region admins only see and edit their own state.
Daily deals
Deals drive the “Daily deals” carousel slide, the sale badges and each item’s product-page deal board. Strains, edibles and accessories can all go on sale — the board shows up to 7 at a time.
Home hero
Top of the home page. Saved automatically.
Home carousel
The rotating slides on the home page. The “strains” slide shows the strains you tick; deals and sales slides fill from the deals/sales data.
Sales page header
The heading block at the top of the sales page — and the kicker/title also drive the “Mark the date” section on the home page. Saved automatically.
Catalogue page header
The heading block at the top of the catalogue page. Saved automatically.
Site catchphrase
The gold one-liner under page headers — catalogue, region pages, account and checkout — and in the site footer. Saved automatically.
Region pages
Each region's hero header — code, city name, tagline and line. The same values drive the home page's “Pick your seat” cards. Saved automatically.
Bank transfer account
Every region has its own banking details + WhatsApp line — checkout shows the one for the selected region. Region admins only edit their own state.
Delivery fees
What customers see for each state. Set a starting price, a top price, or both — starting only shows “Delivery starting at ₦3,000”, both show “Delivery from ₦3,000 to ₦8,000”, top only shows “Up to ₦8,000 for Delivery”. The fee charged at checkout is the starting price (or the top price, if only that is set); leave both empty to keep the built-in default.
Loyalty prizes
What customers can redeem their points for — earned from orders and new bests in the games. Shown on the Account page and the Games tab. “Claim code” mints an unguessable PRZ-KEY-16 random characters code for that prize — send it to a customer (WhatsApp works) and they type it into the claim box on their Account page; the code itself grants the prize, no points needed.

Codes minted in this browser (latest first, 25 kept). Codes are random and only live where you write them — copy the one you need before you lose the tab.
